The ICOMMU chess club is a place where website owners can play online chess against each other. All games are in real time and are visible to all the visitors of our website in the “current games” section. Membership is completely free. Once you join our club, you can play either with existing members or you may challenge any website owner you want even if that person is not a member of our chess club. We will then get in touch with that person and ask whether he/she wants to take part. Then two players set a time and date and the game gets registered. If you don’t show up on time and if you are more than 40 minutes late you will automatically lose the game. The higher the number of your wins or draws the more points you will gain and your ranking in the list of players will climb ever upwards. The game has all of the required features to play chess and also includes chat between the opponents. Chess is fun to play and it’s excellent training for your mind. It’s also a great way to promote your website and to meet new people who just might become friends. Many people have had chess games going on for years and years by regular mail, they send each other the next move and then they move the pieces accordingly. Playing online certainly is faster, more interesting and you have personal interaction in real time with your opponent.

The few requirements to join the ICOMMU Chess Club are:

1 – You must have a first level domain name.
2 – You have to have a website, not just a parked name.
3 – You must specify an email address with your website address after “@” (i.e. xxx@icommu.com) and you must be able to receive email at the given address in order to confirm that both the site and email address are yours.
