Comments written by other visitors of this website:

06.24.2005 The plugin is for tracking activity. Other sites that have their offers inside their membership section can only track clicks, but not the signups.
We can even track what a member enters in the form he/she signs up at. This info is then displayed for our advertisers. There are no additional programs installed and this plugin is NOT used as spyware. When a member is inactive, but has the plugin on, he/she will be asked to turn it off. We have this measure in place in order to prevent collecting any extra information. If several thousand members will be surfing the web with our plugin on, our database will be overfilled with unwanted information within several minutes and would go down. So even if we wanted to spy on our members, we do not
have the capacity to do that.
A "pyramid scheme" is when a program/opportunity has many referral levels and has a paid membership. Our site offers a completely different service.
We offer GPT sites' owners to provide their members with additional earning potential and at the same time earn more themselves. Our program is completely free to join.

06.24.2005 Is this a pyramid type scheme? Many 3rd party (affiliate) tracking services ban these type of 'revenue opportunities' on their services for very good reasons.

I am also concerned about the 'user being required to install a toolbar feature' ... which is a BHO (browser helper object) which does set off personal security alarms. Is this required BHO download 100% parasiteware free? There is no mention on the website itself about what is/is not installed with the required BHO. Why can't the offers area be setup as a secured member login area and ran from scripts like most competitor sites would have their offers setup ... versus a BHO requirement?

This is just my opinion, as well as my security fears.

Jeff
